• We accept refund requests within 7 days of delivery

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Non-Refundable Items

• Worn or damaged items

• Sale/discounted items (unless faulty)

• Items bought outside official platforms (e.g. not through our DM or website)
